Portobello Ladies Footballers are honoured in Croke Park!!!

In 1989 Dublin captured the Counties first National Title when they defeated Clare in the Junior All Ireland replay on the 22nd of October 1989, the final was played as a curtain raiser to the men's Dublin v Derry NFL game.

Twenty years on and Cumann Peil Gael na mBan invited the Dublin panel to be guests of the Association at this years finals in Croke last Sunday the 27th of September.  On this victorious side were 4 Portobello Ladies!

 Congratulations to Pat and the Ladies footballers on winning the 2008 DIV4 League. It was a great win over St Judes and well deserved. Team Celebrations pictured above.
